  Terrible service.. Every time I come here with the kids its the same terrible service. And there isn't even anyone in here.. We were not ecknoledged .. We watched the waitress walk past about 8 times before she told us she will be right back because I was staring.. Wow.. Someone else took us after waiting even longer. Redixulous... We waited 8 minutes for our drinks and nobody came back..we ordered appetizers 18 minutes ago..this is redixulous. There is nobody in here..5 tables!!!!!! Cmon. This staff is unbelievable.. We r still sitting here with nothing 19 minutes ago now. Wow.. This staff has no idea what's going on. This is every single time.. I'm so appauled.. There is 3 of us. Myself and 2>kids... The fact there is 5 tables in the whole place is amazing and the service is this terrible........I am a waitress in a high passed restaraunt and this is a joke... If these people make money I am shocked... Really .. Wow....

  Food is very small in portions which I've never seen a Restaurant cut costs to a point of insult, We have an excellent waitress over their but the food quality would be better if it could fill a cavity . I'm sorry but its the truth.

  It took 35 mins standing on line with 3 other people waiting an all I got was a milkshake an 2 scoops cup. No wonder why there going out of business no good SMH your out.........

  My boyfriend and I went there cause Ihop was packed and so was the diner. We waited two minutes before we were greeted. Finally our server said from behind the kitchen she would be with us. Once we sat we waited another 4 mins before she came over. She had only 3 tables in her section including us. We ordered and because we were in a rush we put the order in for everything. We were the last to get our food even though the table next to us sat after us. Restaurant only had 6 tables sitting. Once we got the food is gave her my credit card to pay. My bf ordered French toast and there was no syrup on the table. No powdered sugar and the cheese on the eggs was just thrown on not even melted. I took his plate and went back to the kitchen. I know this isn't a 5star restaurant but even working at Ihop we were taught to have all the condiments on the table prior to the food coming out. My bf wasn't going to eat French toast without syrup so waiting on her the food was going to be cold. She came back out with his food and never asked how mine was or if I wanted more coffee. We never saw her again cause I guess after you pay they don't care. Terrible terrible service.
